Caylum Boon was the only player in the field to match par as he took a 2 stroke lead after round one of the RB German Junior being played at the difficult Golfclub Hofgut Georgenthal course in Germany. Fellow ‪‎KeNako Academy student Franklin Manchest shot a 73 to lie T5 after round one. The other South African boy in the field is Garrick Higgo. There are players from 17 countries playing in the tournament which has a Boys Championship and a Girls Championship.
