KeNako Academy student Garen Niemand won the Southern Cape Junior Order of Merit tournament played at Riversdale with an excellent level par round of 72.  The Riversdale course is a challenging one that does not yield many low rounds.  Garen won by a single shot from one of the Southern Cape’s top junior players Jovan Rebula, with another KeNako Academy student Johan Oosthuizen continuing his recent improvement to score a 74 and finish in 3rd place. In the Nett Division another boy who trains with the KeNako Academy Robin Meyer, who is also part of the local SAGDB system, scored an excellent 75 for a nett 70.
