Playing at Pinacle Point

KeNako’s head coach had a round on the spectacular Pinnacle Point Golf Course last week, the weather was perfect with just a gentle breeze coming off the ocean and he found a little form on a course that overlooks one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. Roger made 7 birdies and an eagle but the highlight of the round was his 9th hole.

It is a very challenging par three with quite an intimidation factor because the tee shot is played across the rocks to a narrow green, Roger hit an 8 iron but missed the green right with his first shot and had to hit another from the tee which he promptly holed for a ‘hole in 3’. Not quite the same as an ace but it is the first time it has happened to Roger in 45 years of playing golf.
