One of the KeNako students has achieved an excellent result on his first weekend home during the December school holidays. Johan Oosthuizen and his partner Duncan van der Vyver won the Western Province Junior Foursomes played at Somerset West this past Sunday in very tough conditions. A South Easter ripped through the field and dented most pairs hopes, but Johan and Duncan came back strongly with a final 9 par 36 to win by 3 strokes.

Johan joined the KeNako Academy program at the start of 2012 and his game has shown steady improvement. Besides his improving tournament play and stroke average, Johan was one of the boys who played in the league team for Oubaai and they achieved outstanding results through the year.
A great way to end the year Johan![/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
