The strength of junior golf in the Southern Cape is not just in one age group which bodes well for all teams in the province. The Southern Cape won promotion at last year’s Under 19 IPT by winning the B division, this past weekend the U17 team won the Triangular at Riversdale and the U19 team finished 2nd by 1 point.
KeNako was represented by Caylum Boon, Cameron Moralee, Franklin Manchest, Jabulane Mabilane and Phumlani Maluka in the U19 team and Aidan Boon along with Reinhardt Claassen in the U17 Team. Both these teams had players who will still be able to represent the province at junior level for many years to come so congratulations guys, particularly the U17 Team and keep up the good work.
