Jade Buitendag made the long journey to Nelspruit to play in the Mpumalanga Open at the Nelspruit Golf Club.  He was the only KeNako student to make the trip and he played very well with rounds of 71, 66, 72 and 69 for a 4 round total of 278 which saw him finish in tied 7th place.  Recently the focus of Jade’s academy program has been on selected elements within the mental side relating to his golf, including belief, self confidence and putting things in perspective; whilst on the technical and physical side he is imrpoving his stability in his lower body to create more consistency.  Jade, who is on the School Leaver Program, continues to make excellent progress.
