Franklin Manchest enjoyed a career best result in the North & South National Order of Merit tournament played at the Bloemfontein Golf Club when he finished 3rd with an excellent score of 212 after rounds of 67, 72 and 73.  16 Year old Franklin’s golf continues to improve and he is now a serious contender in all tournaments in which he plays.  Caylum Boon finished 8th at 215 (73, 73, 69) – in his final round he showed his quality after he double bogeyed his opening hole of the day by playing the rest of his round in 5 under par to shoot 69.  Alan Lones also had a good tournament, finishing 11th at 4 over par 220, whilst KeNako Academy’s other two entries Aidan Boon and Julien Sale finished in a tie for 23rd at 224.  This was another good result for the KeNako Academy with all 5 players in the top 25.
