Azelia Meichtry has won the Eastern Province Championships played at the Port Elizabeth Golf Club with a score of level par 144 (71,73). The competition was played in some very tough conditions with a 4 club wind testing the ladies. Azelia won comfortably by 3 shots from South Africa’s top lady amateur golfers. Congratulations to Azelia on her excellent victory.  Further good news is that all 4 KeNako students Azelia, Cloé Grand (T15th), Klara Wildhaber (T19th) and Vera Raguth (21st) made it through to the EP Matchplay Championship.
