On a day when scoring proved difficult, Franklin Manchest scored a tournament best 69 to take 3rd place in the Tshwane Junior Open played at Pretoria Country Club. Franklin shot a disappointing 78 in much easier conditions in the first round to lie well off the pace, but his recovery was excellent.
