The  Rundle College‪‎ team has finished 5th in the SA High School Championship played at East London Golf Club. The team got off to a disastrous start and languished in a tie for 9th place after day one. They redeemed themselves on day two and moved up to 5th place. 23 Schools from around South Africa qualified to play in the finals via local regional competitions played over the preceding year. Unfortunately, the Rundle College team were unable to play a practice round so to some extent their day one performance can be excused, since the East London Golf Club is a tough lay-out and the very windy conditions that were encountered on the first day would have made it even more difficult for those who had not previously played the course. Well done to the team on a top 5 finish and a very good recovery!
