KeNako Academy students Aidan Boon and Daniel Mantel played in the SANLAM SA Amateur Qualifying tournament at Kingswood Golf Course.There were 8 spots available. Aidan Boon finished T5th and qualified but Daniel Mantel went into a play-off for the 8th and final spot and unfortunately missed automatic exemption. He came second in the play-off and as a result is the 3rd Alternate for the tournament. Daniel is still on the road to recovery after his terrible accident a year ago so it is good to see him back playing and competing.
