Aidan Boon enjoyed his first win in an Open Tournament when he won the Southern Cape Golf Union’s Mossel Bay Open played at Mossel Bay Golf Club.

In almost impossible 50 km per hour winds and on a very exposed course, Aidan scored an amazing 1 under par 71 to win by 2 strokes. He was one of only 4 players in the field to break 80. 4th Place scored 79 and the scoring average for the day was 84,9 strokes!! Play was suspended in the second round due to conditions being unplayable. Congratulations on your victory Aidan.
