Current KeNako School Leaver student Calvin Maia has had an excellent tied 2nd place finish in the Bushveld Tour event played at Waterklook Golf Club in Pretoria. Calvin scored 10 under par 134 for the 36 holes. The field included several Sunshine Tour players and it is Calvin’s best finish to date in an open professional tournament. Calvin shared second place with KeNako old boy and Sunshine Tour regular Heinrich Bruiners, while another old boy Noel Anderson finished tied 4th. 3 of the top 4 with KeNako Academy links!
