Keegan started the year in great form winning the SA Boys Under 15 title. He followed this performance with a number of top ten results before winning the Kingswood Junior Club Championship with scores of 74 and 68 in challenging conditions. Two wins and another ten top 10 finishes earned Keegan a well deserved place in the Southern Cape Team for the year ending Under 19 Inter Provincial.
